初めましてジンジャーシロップ製造所TEMTASOBI GINGERを運営している中川と申します。

ひょんな事から、2018年の8月に愛知県豊橋市の水上ビルと言われる古い問屋街にジンジャーシロップの製造所を立ち上げました。
名前の由来をよく聞かれるのでまずは、名前の由来から。。。
TEMTASOBIはテンタソビと読みます。息子の槙（テン）と遊ぶを掛け合わせた造語になります。
シロップ作りを通じて、息子も含めた様々な方々と遊び、その遊びを通じて、それぞれの生活がより良くなれば良いなとの思いから名付けました。
当時ハマり出したキャンプ（テント遊び）にかけていたり、google検索で引っ掛かりやすいかもと言う邪な気持ちも込められているのはここだけのお話で。。。
皆様には”実験室や理科室のようですね”と言われる製造所で、高知県産の生姜、三重の熊野古道で育ったマイヤーレモン、各種スパイス、特性にあった砂糖を組み合わせてシロップを製造しています。
製造したシロップは炭酸で割ればジンジャーエール、紅茶で割ればジンジャーティーと様々な飲み方が出来るほか、料理の隠し味やデザートのトッピング等にも使用可能です。
現在、気分や用途に応じて選べる3種類のフレーバーをベースに展開しております。
どのフレーバーも日常に寄り添える味になっているかと思います。
お気に入りのフレーバーを見つけていただき、当製造所のシロップが皆様の日常に寄り添い、時にはちょっとした刺激をお届けできれば、とても嬉しく思います。

By chance, in August 2018, we launched a ginger syrup factory in an old wholesale district called Mizukami Building in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture.
I’m often asked about the origin of my name, so let’s start with the origin of my name. . .
TEMTASOBI is read as Tentasobi. It is a coined word that combines his son Maki (Ten) and play.
Through making syrup, I play with various people, including my son, and through that play, I hope that each person’s life will be better.
It’s a story only here that it’s about camping (playing in a tent), which was addicted at the time, and that it might be easy to get caught in a google search. . .
At the factory, which is said to be “a laboratory or a science room”, we combine ginger from Kochi Prefecture, Meyer lemons grown on Mie’s Kumano Kodo, various spices, and sugar that matches the characteristics to make syrup. manufacturing.
The manufactured syrup can be used in a variety of ways, such as ginger ale if mixed with carbonic acid, or ginger tea if mixed with black tea. It can also be used as a secret ingredient in cooking or as a topping for desserts.
Currently, we are developing three types of flavors that can be selected according to your mood and purpose.
I think that every flavor is a taste that can be used in everyday life.
